The Best Amazon Price Tracking Tools in 2025

Why Price Tracking Matters

Amazon changes prices on millions of products every day — sometimes multiple times per day. A product that's "on sale" today might have been cheaper last month. Price tracking tools let you see the full price history so you can make smarter buying decisions.

CamelCamelCamel (Free, Web)

The most popular Amazon price tracker. Enter any Amazon product URL and instantly see a chart of the price history going back years. You can also:

• Set price drop alerts (email notification when the price hits your target)
• Install the Camelizer browser extension for one-click history from any Amazon page
• Track prices across Amazon US, UK, Canada, and more

Best for: Checking if a "sale" is actually a good price vs. recent history.

Keepa (Free + Premium, Web & Browser Extension)

Keepa overlays price history charts directly on Amazon product pages, so you see the full price graph without leaving Amazon. The free plan includes:

• Price history charts embedded on product pages
• Price drop notifications
• Historical sales rank data

The premium plan adds CSV exports and API access for power users.

Best for: Shopping on Amazon without switching tabs.

Honey (Free, Browser Extension)

Honey automatically applies promo codes at checkout and tracks price drops for items in your Amazon cart. It also shows a "Price History" bar on product pages powered by its own database.

Best for: Passively finding promo codes while you shop.

The Deals2Spot Approach

Rather than tracking prices yourself, Deals2Spot's team monitors Amazon 24/7 and only posts deals where the price is genuinely at or near its historical low. Every deal listing shows you:

• Current price vs. original price
• Discount percentage
• Active promo code (when available)
• Deal type badge (Lightning Deal, Price Error, Limited Time)
